All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

We ship globally. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

• United States: 7–15 business days
• Canada & Europe: 10–20 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
• Rest of World: 15–30 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our store for the latest deals.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use our Track Order page to check your shipment status at any time.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages
