At PocketTech Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items without original packaging

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@getpockettech.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost. Contact us at hello@getpockettech.store and we'll make it right.
